Structured Before Marriage. Registered in Compliance with South African Law.

An antenuptial contract in South Africa determines how assets, debts, future growth and estate consequences are treated during the marriage and upon divorce or death. The contract must be signed before the marriage ceremony and registered at the Deeds Office within three (3) months of execution.

Not every couple stands in the same financial position. Some require straightforward drafting and registration. Others require structured legal consultation before selecting a matrimonial property regime. Where business interests, creditor exposure, trusts or blended families exist, advanced structuring becomes necessary.

Our packages are therefore structured around levels of financial complexity, from formal execution services to advanced estate integration.
